Topic: Some Server Problems

Hi guys,

At first, i'm a german boy, so my englisch isn't so good as yours but i will try to give my best.

When i want to create a teeworlds server, the programm send me always two error messages.

The first error message i don't understand.

The second error message i understand, but i don't know how i can do it. I've got w-lan on my pc (Netgear WG311T) and i haven't got any firewall or security centre on my Windows XP. The other computer has got the rout (Netgear Super-Wireless-ADSL-Router DG834GTB). Could you guys tell my how i can activate the Port 8303 on my pc or on the rout?

How to solve your problem in 5 steps:
1. Type into your browser www.google.com
2. Search for "DG834GTB manual"
3. Open the manual pdf
4. Read it!
5. Open your ports 8300-8303

So now i did it, but it don't works, perhaps i made something wrong, but i don't think so.
If there is written LAN-User have i to write the IP Adress from the lan-user pc or from the rout?

You have to open the ports, yes, but also redirect them to your PC.
Look for the NAT section in the manual.

One of option is, your ISP does not allows you to open port on your ip. lets contact him
