[Small request] Hackerskin

Hi all,

i just watched some movies at YouTube.
At a Counter Strike video, i saw a nice animated Flash Movie!
There were different player's with name's like "The Pro", "FD GoD", "Carl Camper", "The Admin" or "The Hacker"...

The hacker looked like a cool character... He is white and he has green eyes.
Bobsmiley already made an artwork.

Someone else already made a skin, too, but i didn't like the eyes.

I want them EXACTLY like at the artwork

Could anyone be that kind to do this?
