Topic: [Skins] Glowing Tees!

Well... I was pretty bored and I like simple, one-colour tees so I made those... (3 versions cuz I couldn't decide which is the best... tongue)

That's the problem... when it's softer it's almost invisible... tried in many ways, but none of them helped. You can try too if You want. I'm using GIMP. (First, You have to open skin, then make a copy of this layer and on this copy erase everything except that colour body, then use option to mark the alpha canal, make it bigger for about 10 pixels and soften for about 45 and after this use those glowing-like brushes).

You nearly got it. Don't use gimp - use inkscape and use a nonlinear transparent gradient.

Well, I get used to GIMP and I haven't ever worked with Inkscape... will the results be other if I'll use Inkscape??

Try Lappi's tutorial (sticky post) and have a look at the tutorials inkscape provides with the installation.
