Topic: [Tool & Suggest] dmg & app bundle for Mac OS X

Hello,

I'm using Mac and therefore it's nice that you are maintaining a Mac version of Teeworlds. But I have one little point of critique: As a rule Mac applications are shipped as a .app bundle in an .dmg image. This allows easily placing of one application icon everywere together with all needed files.

When using your unix executable directly a terminal window opens and there is no way of identifying Teeworlds by it's icon. Would be nice to see am official shipped dmg-Teeworlds.

For all Mac users with the same problem: I created a dmg with an app file of Teeworlds 0.4.3 inside. With nice icon etc.

Next release will be bundled (although it gives some bugs in windowed mode on ppc).

I didn't knowed that Teeworlds works on PPC too. But nice to hear that you'r working on it!

Older version worked, but as I bought a new mac and had a bit less time for development it rotted away hmm
Got round to fix it up again for 0.5, and I also fixed the build script to build 10.4 compatible binaries. Only thing left to do is to make it build universal binaries, but that's probably for 0.6 or something smile
