it dont help i ask why i need paintshop pro x2/gimp to create a tee skin and other items?

have a look at lappi's skin tutorial.

Besides: It's all about vectors. So you CAN do it with psp x2, but you can do it with an open source vector programm, too. Just use vectors and no raster graphic program.
