You can do a lot better, I'm sure.

follow this tutorial: http://www.teeworlds.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=996 in which even basic steps are explained. Instead of reworking the cammostripes.png you can follow the tutorial with your own picture! This shouldn't take a lot of time - I reworked your skin in 7 minutes:

You'll probably need some additional time, but I'm sure that you are able to do it in Inkscape (and not in Paint) and the result will look like mine (or even better)!

Your skin are with good idea but no with vector. Use inkscape and lappi´s tutorial, it will be better!
