hey, don't fight. This is an open source project and somebody did something for free. Share the spirit, be happy that someone likes your graphics and now knows that he will give credits in future.

It Doesn't matter whether or not you have bought them.
They are Copyrighted, witch means you can USE them, but not CHANGE them, or Redistribute them.

Same rules apply for copyrights.
