Topic: We need updated server creation info!
Like the title says, the current guide to creating a server is outdated. Not only that though, but I have always found it insufficient to starting a server in the first place.
Don't just tell us to make a .cfg, tell us WHERE to make it.
Don't just tell us to "Start the server by running "teeworlds_srv -f my_server_config.cfg", tell us HOW to start it. Do I copy the application and rename it, then run? Do I go to Start -> Run and type it in there? Do I open a command prompt and type it there? What about Mac and Linux users? I'm sure they have to do it differently.
I used to get by with changing the default.cfg and running my LAN server from that, and I could still do the same thing with the settings.cfg instead, BUT I want to tune my LAN server to change some of the laser settings for extra fun, but when I change tuning properties I can run the server once, then when I close it the settings.cfg automatically erases the tuned settings, and I have to type them all in again. Also I'd like to be able to turn off the flashing warning about a tuned server - that thing is annoying!
We need all of the listed commands in the guide to be updated to how they are now. Some no longer use equal signs. Some have had their names completely changed. Some were probably even removed completely?
Please, lets get a complete and up-to-date guide set up!
