Google is and will always be your friend and there is an amazing other thing it's the search funtion.

You need the patch-utils for that (search for it in google). Then you need to apply the patch to the sources:
e.g.:

patch -p1 < patchfile.patch

that's a forum so you should answer him and give him not any dump links which goes to a search machine -.-

I think _my_ answer should be enough for solving his problem. His later post shows, that he is NOT willing to learn and just steals time from other people. Next time I'll think twice before wasting my time with answering :-/
