hey guys i want to make a new server, i now read the docs and i made this and set up my server all is normaly my serer are registed and i can join the server but after 3 seconds on my server its print connection problems and i kicked from my server. after this i cant join the server a second time. its a normaly server with dm1 the ping is 16 and progression are N/A the port is open and here is the server picture i want to play with my friend but without server its shit!

I have the same problem. The problem is deep. But for you can help:
sv_register 0
sv_sendheartbeats 0

And then tell your friend your IP.

The sv_sendheartbeats is deprecated and doesn't exist anymore.
Setting sv_register to 0 only avoids registering the server at the master-servers.

That's really strange. On your screenshot I can see that your client's connection timed out. Did you run this server locally? Did other players (your friends) tried to connect as well?

yes my friend means, that he can play on my server becauser no other had the password and i saw, that her name are in the list, but i cant join
