Topic: missing settings.cfg and autoexec.cfg in Roaming

hi i just downloaded the game on vista hoem edition and when I extract folders to my desktop and run the "teeworlds.srv.exe"


how can i get these two files?

and it also says that theres no master serves

well, to get the "autoexec.cfg" file you must create it on your own tongue (i did it too and wrote just the rcon_pssword in it)
this is the config the server runs automatically if he has no arguments for starting any "config.cfg".
It has to be in the same directory as the "setting.cfg".

i don't know what you have done with your settings.cfg but normally it's in a different directory --> click on the batch (.bat) file to see it.

if the server gets no master servers maybe your masterserver config is also missing :S
if you have it --> maybe you didn't open your defined ports (normally 8303) but then there would also be a message with something like: "NAT problem detected. Clients cannot connect to the server. Configure your NAT ports/firewall to let through packets on port (defined port)"...
