[graphic] problem whith the game

Hi guys, my problem is related to the game graphic. When i open the .exe i can see this console:

After that i entered and i see the menu like this, every time:

Finally, here when i play the game:

I hope someone can help me to solve this problem. Thanks to anyone will answer me.
