Topic: Create online gaming server?

I want to create a server play get online and put the map ctf2 and then ask him to play online ... then I would control the server .... how do I put the map and ctf2 online pirates? and how do I activate the option of "slowmotion" in weapons

The map-section is very wrong place to ask this. In fact, it's kind of wrong to ask this at all, as how to set up a server can be found in the documentation.

Try reading the docs and search a bit here on the forum before asking again.
