Know anybody how i can use the homing mod and the ban patch at the same time

If you know how to compile sources and merge single patches with the sources then yes, it's possible. Simply apply patch-1 to the sources and then try to merge (maybe apply) patch-2.

Either you are willing to learn how to do this or you won't get what you want, sry. Maybe ask your question at the homing-mod thread, don't know.
