well if i used pngs the site would load about 300-400kb every time.
i wantet to keep the size small, but if i used gif for the header it would look awful^^

but we're not changing anything about it just because safari or has problems with it

I think half size would be to small, I'll make some tests.
And how did you manage to fix the previews that weren't generated?
And btw, you still have this javascript code which is redefined for every skin. It's f**king useless, you just need it one time
