It Worked at the beginning but then i changed a setting in options and now i have this Problem.

I tried to delete the game and i made all new.
I tryed to change folders, i downloaded it again and i tryed to delete "config_directory.bat"

please Help.

execute the config_directory.bat and remove the default.cfg there to reset and try again.

have you windows vista? a friend of mine had this problem with vista after changing graphic-settings.

This problem seems to occur when selecting a AA mode that is not supported on your selected resolution. Atleast in the cases I've seen it.

i have the same problem but if i remove the default.cfg it doesnt work what can i do?

it's the problem with 'texture compression' setting.

oh i think i have the same problem and it doesnt work
i look for the newest drivers now

edit: it doesnt matter because i have the newest graphic driver

do i only have to download version 0.33?

If no one else can help, try looking through the default.cfg file. On my machine (Vista) it is found in the following directory:
c:/users/munyul/appdata/Roaming/Teewars/default.cfg

In WinXP it is most likely somewhere in your Documents and Settings folder.

In this file you can change all the games settings, such as texture compression (gfx_texture_compression). I'm not sure if this is a good idea, but if no one else has a better idea, try changing some values ... if you get it working, please let us know so that we can help others in future.

can you look in your default what there stands in your game?

I am at work right now, so I can't help.

But I do remember: gfx_texture_compression=0.

Now remember, I am not a developer! With that said, if you feel like taking a risk and testing some things:

gfx_fullscreen=0
gfx_color_depth=256
gfx_fsaa_samples=1 or gfx_fsaa_samples=0

I can play company of heroes on high so there cant be a hardware or driver problem

CoH runs on DirectX while Teewars uses OpenGL. I know for a fact that some drivers for vista doesn't support OpenGL for some strange reason.

Have you tried using some older drivers (XP) or such?

Used to be very active waay back

i solved my (this graphics) problem under linux, only seconds, after i posted my question. :-D
i had the same problem, as the original poster.

and i changed gfx_texture_quality, in default.cfg, from 1 to 0.

gfx_texture_quality=0

that worked for me. no white boxes here, anymore.
everything else seems fine, so far.

i have xp and i dont download older drivers for this game!....i try that with the gfx_texture quality thx i think it runs correctly nearly but my texture detail is all on low i think but i still cant read anything in the menu and cant see details in the game
