AFAIK even Vista has a command interpreter (earilier so called DosBox)

1) Let Port 8303 go through.

Two Problems.. 1) On LAN (when I want it on internet) 2) Name appears as "unnamed server"

replace all the '=' by spaces.
And the masterserver line is useless, since master servers are registered in another file.
