Topic: [IDEA] say_team stuff

I thought that in games like CTF where u need to co-work with ur team, bringing communication to a higher degree is a good thing to do. All i came up is that there could be some special variables which u could use in ur say commands ( especially say_team ) to report ur status to ur team. A lot of online games have similar stuff and it would help the teamplay. Something like this:
say_team I have %health health. Need help at %position.
which could expand to:
I have 3/5 health. Need help at red base top. ( health/armor )
Maps like ctf2 could be divided to zones which could have a name. For ctf2 IMHO 5 zones would be enough: red/blue base top/bottom, middle. Other handy variables could be added too, but for now i came up only with those 2. What do u think ?

Surely a good idea, but i doubt the devs have "time" to implement this.
Anyways i would prefer some less specific text as there are too many numbers to think of while i try to concentrate on the game.

For instance: HP Critical,SOS; NEED HP; DONT TAKE MY FUCKING ARMOR BASTARD!!!!!! would be already enough info for the others.

Until then, we will have to use team binds..

I disagree with amn, I (even if I have near-null experience) think that it won't take long, just change a variable specific to each player if they pass over a line, the hp percentage would be simple. This would require client-side mods.

Yeah it's a good idea. My propostions:
Help me, Low ammo, To the base!, more DEF, Kick AMN...

Im using those on chat very often so itd be great to add those,

But .. There's just no one that want to code stuff like that, since it takes some time - and not everyone have time ..

Hmm, I think it can be done on the server-side too, since you dont send messages to all clients but just to the server and the server then resend your message to all clients.
