hi at fist very very very nice toutorial big_smile
but there is one problem:
saving... i cant save the maps if want to save them, the computer want to send a "problembericht"
what is to do?

Did you want to use quads with some image assigned to them? Teeworlds 0.4.2 doesn't like non-square images. Either use version 0.4.1 or my new new editor patch for 0.4.2. If it still doesn't work, you have to tell us more details.

hmmm i only changed the colour of the grass_main and the whole optic of the grass_doodads (and the name...)

Quick help here - i did everything TO THE LETTER from the 1st tutorial ... and for background i did the same - but when i try to save the background, the game tells me there is a mistake and i can close or send report.

Is there another way for me to make background? My level works fine (tutorial 1) but background is mirroring.

Keep "Alt" key pressed while you press left mouse button and move the mouse.

I've tried holding the left mouse button and moving the mouse first, and I've tried pressing alt first, and neither moves the game at all.

I'm new, so if there's something I missed out, what is it?

is it something to do with version 0.5.1?

yes! Just visit http://teewiki.info/wiki/Map_editor_tutorial to get a nearly up to date version of sebaci's tutorial.

To move the map, just press "ctrl" instead of alt

hey, i have a question. How to delete the blocks that's i created? I tough to delete the blocks i just need to select the empty block, BUT when i press add collision, the blocks i erased will create collision... Please help!!! yikes
