Topic: need help

hi true peolpe! I have a problem when I enter the game i have veri BIG ping ( 250-400) and terrible lags.  i can play only with 400x300 pixels.... while in game all other's programs is off.

it is the same that  up but in russian:

what is with updating your graphics driver? what hardware do u have?

Yas, it is my problem. I can translate, but can't speak Elglish.
