[MOD] TSG (a based on 0.7 and support 0.6 template mod)

Hello everyone.

I'm working it to do this.
This is only a *0.7 server* mod, but also supports 0.6

So I didn't push it to github.

The name of it "TSG" means "Tee's Glue", because it's like a glue to link 0.6 and 0.7.
Also, if there will be a 0.8, i will support to 0.8.

The 0.6 client can send system info and get map from server so far
