Topic: Help With Portforward?

So... i have a router that doesn't show up at PortForward.com (TALKTALK D-LINK DSL-3782) so I have no help on this at all. So I looked online so i figured out WHERE the port forward page was. And then when I clicked 'add rule' it looked totally different from other people's and I have no idea what to do.

Internal startport: 8303.
Internal endport: 8303.
External startport: 8303.
External endport: 8303.

Thanks! But when I start my server, it says

Please configure your firewall,nat to let through udp on port 8303

I already did my firewall. neutral
