Is there a way to move your cursor anywhere on the screen during gameplay? If so, how do you do it?

If you want to leave the window with your mouse cursor, you can press f1 to open the console and get your OS mouse cursor back.

I mean the in-game cursor, and I prefer using fullscreen.

Then AFAIK no, the ingame cursor is always restricted to the circle around your tee.

That is a lie! I found that typing "cl_mouse_max_distance 600" fixed my issue thanks to u/phratry_deicide on reddit (post link: https://www.reddit.com/r/teeworlds/comm … here_on/).
