Hello I have a source code for a mod of teeworlds, but I want to edit it with "Dev C++" but I don't know what file to edit...

I'd be very grateful if you'd help me.

Can someone teach me how to create mods? I'd love to learn

Creating mods is not something that is meant to be all public.
A solid experience in C++ programming is required.

The bad news is that it takes time and means you'll have to work on simpler things first.
The good news is that it's a useful skill to have.
