Topic: Four ninja sounds?

Hello again.
Why does teeworlds contain 4 ninja sounds?
In-game we can hear only 3 of 'em, but what about fourth?
Fourth sound is very diffrent from 1-3, is it from beta version or it was planned for 0.7?

upd: there's no ninja in 0.1.0, but sound exist. what the?

I'm also wondering what are the sounds from 0:16 to 0:20, there are a few more that I don't recognize but oh well. I guess they are all old sounds.

Some of them seem as though the tee is crying or talking in Simlish.
