I could speak about skinning with you during hours, 'cause i've done lot of skins (check someone of them for Q1 here) and all are done with Photoshop but skinning in teewars is 'different'. Everyone is free to use his favorite tool, vector way is just the best way smile

I created a >>Skin Tutorial<< in which I explain the whole process for beginners in graphics desing. It might help some people. The tutorial also features a video tutorial in German (and somewhen a translation in English).

I do not think so, maybe one will be on it's way soon. It should be a fairly simple project, add guidelines around the exisiting particles and create something new.

If you want to publish your modification, please look at the skin tutorial first. There you will find information why a vector graphics program is superior to a pixel based program.

Hi there.
I tried to make a  skin with inscape. But after i saved it and put it into the skin folder i cant use it in teeworlds, its not in the list where the other skins are. and in the skin folder is just the png-icon and no small version of the skin like all the other skins.

Whats wrong? neutral

Check the video tutorial in the other thread at 18:53. Watch out for the correct parameters while exporting! You'll reach the export form with Ctrl+Shift+E or via File - Export. Press the button "page" and check that the output width:256px height:128px - and get your skin a good name.
