I like the idea of the mod but there are some things that need to be added or changed, if it isn't already there.

Rejoining, I can imagine people rejoining the server when they die. They should not be able to spawn again, so maybe when you join the server you are join spec instead of the game (even if you did not rejoin) and you need to wait until the current match is over. A little bit like zCatch.
Also the weapons, maybe it is a nice idea to make a map with groups of the same weapons not too far from each base. So nobody has to wait for a weapon but you need to be fast to get the weapon you want.
The only problem with that is, (example) some asshole might get all the shotguns when he takes a shotgun, shoots and takes the next one, before anoybody else gets to the shotguns.

If this thing with the weapons is used the respawn time of weapons needs to be longer.

I also recommend taking a big map like ctf2 or ctf6 (or an unofficial ctf map) instead of ctf5.

Mod is already run as Survival CTF (type CFT) by heinrich5991 (Unfortunettly server is empty for the most of the time sad) - in this version you just join and play and there is no anti-rejoin function - if someone will do this - just ban vote. xush also is working on this mod - in his version when somebody join must wait for next round.

In regard to joining to game, waitng for next round is better when the gameplay is serious (for example when 6 pro players  left and rest is death -  it's break balance of the round when someone join to one team).

I must correct you in one point: In my mod the admin can choose  wether joining players must wait for the next round/flagcapture/join the game instantly. When the last option is selected, you get banned for a minute when you leave the server while being "dead".

Real programmers don't comment their code - it was hard to write, it should be hard to understand.

Nice idea, I like both.
Your idea makes it more playable I guess. But wouldn't the matches last much longer when new players join all the time. Besides when you die in the first seconds and wait a minute you can easily rejoin the game you left.
Also, this is idea is the same with some FNG Servers. The disadvantage of this is that when you are freezed when a game ends (and/or a new map is chosen) you get kicked for 5 minutes for leaving the server while freezed. This is really annoying.

I thought about this problem and I think when ONLY DEATH RESP MODE (in heinrich5991 version and option in xush version) is running - there is enough weapon for everyone. But I know when ALL RESP after win mode is running  there is not enough sad Maybe the solution in ALL RESP mode is that player should saves weapons from previous round.

Yeah, I've read but I wouldn't change classic CTF too much because nobody want play in this. I'd to it will be just CTF without respawn.

You need to turn off option - Standard gametype and Has people playing (unfortunately) to find server on list.
