Topic: Problem: pixeled tileset

For my map I wanted to add some "big tees" as background in the represtictive bases. At first I just took some teewars picture, and croped and sized it, it is ugly pixeled on the map. Now I tried to enhance it, and redraw the tees in high resolution graphics. Its quite nice IMHO...

However when I import the png into the teewars editor, and put it on the map, it gets ugly pixeled, especially on the borderes of the tile-grid. I tried already to change the resolution to 1024x1024 to match the other mapres pictures, and tried to save it with 0 compressing. Still unnice distortion in the map...

So for the graphic gurus here: Help: What am I doing wrong?

Is there some special flags I'd need to set to export the png? (colormap, tranperency, resolution, I don't know..)

Use the search function:

Thanks for the answer, however about the impetus "use the search function", please tell me which search parameters I should have used to get those 3 threads as result neutral

Re: Problem: pixeled tileset

One of 'em was the first thread in support / bugs. So you weren't even in need of the search function.

Well but I used search instead than starting to read support threads in a linear manner, and didn't find anything with my paramenter.  Also that thread was moved to support *after* I posted that question, don't know where it was before.

Thanks for you help nevertheless.
