first i want tell you waht is teamspeak ?!
the teamspeak is a programm that you can chat and voice talk to others
it is the most popular gamers programm , many players using teamspeak
its also beter than using IRC channel :

- you can see all of online players in 1 server and you can swich your channel to others by one click

how to use teamspeak ?
download it from here for windows, linux , mac , android ...
run programm and click on connections tab at top left > connect > write your address ip and change your nick then click ok and you will connect

i will be glad that teeworlds.com have teamspeak , all of members can come there
i runed the test one  here is the ip:5.9.229.244:1   copy this to your addres bar and come, 
admins can have full rcon if you want Cooperation with me and i will learn you ts needs
also you can put your web domain on addres  e.g : teeworlds.com
