Topic: I need help.

Hello,
My issue is that when I turn on the game, I get a black screen. I think that the issue is that I have got two monitors connected. I would be glad if someone told me if I can edit the options, without going in the game. Is there an options file or something like that, so I run the game with a border.

File: settings.cfg


P.S: I Have two monitors too and no problems running the game in fullscreen.
