Topic: Mod Chooser?

in the Future Releases can we see some kind of... Mod Chooser O.o????

it would be good because every time you want to change the game skin you need to copy and paste it into the dirctory, but if we had some kind of "Mod Chooser" then you could put all your mods into 1 folder and then run a Seperate Program, ( just a small exe) and choose the mod you want to run, yet not afecting the normal Game!
Thanks.

Re: Mod Chooser?

Yes it would be great. Make it like with the Tee-Skins!
Create a "weapons" folder and put in there the game.png's smile
with different names wink

Is that hard to make?

Re: Mod Chooser?

It's pretty easy, but my guess is that it wont be included in the official releases unless it's really great. All you have to do is to build a program with or without a gui and let the user select what game.png/whatever to use, then just copy it from the mods-folder (or whatever) and place it in the data-folder.

Would take about 10 minutes to make in C/C++ and 2 in Python, so if someone wants to do it it's not hard.

Re: Mod Chooser?

well, skin changer seems pretty easy... using batch language can be easy.... but a mod changer, i think you'll need precompiled exes to make it

Re: Mod Chooser?

I am currently working on a really simple Batch file for choosing a mod....
But as I say, this would be a great feature in future Releases.
