You met him first time? I see him from time to time on some servers ( usually spamming ) so I just disconnect.

BTW. IMHO in wrong forum. Should be in developement. But it's only my opinion.

u must make auto time ban if the player wrote a long (similar) reports more than 10 times in a row.
