On teeworlds 0/5/2 i remeber mikcity, i want to play on it , but I haven't got mod, can u give me it ?

I believe that the [N]Race mod was used to play on this map.

It actually was the City mod by Kottizen.
Problem is, it's not public, and not updated for 0.6
Besides that, I lost the sources and I doubt Kottizen still has them.

There might be variants of the map for some city mods, earlier versions used [N]race though.
