A while ago I made a mod that's meant to play with 1-4 players. The point is to defeat waves of enemies before they reach a pit (death tiles). Each wave is a bit harder than the previous. Also weapons have levels (leveling up simply by using them). One round was usually 10 - 20 minutes.

If you are interested just let me know and I'll give you a chance to try it out. I never got the server fully stabilized so I never published it.

Excuse me, but, isn't Monster technically able to be played by a single player? With a dummy, you can also do DDRace by yourself.

Right, you can check our project out. Its written in german, but im sure you will be able to understand most parts with google translate. On the second page team member toast postet a video clip too.

Edit: The game itself is in english of course. I was reffering to the german board entry. If there are many ppl intrested in this, i could also make a english version... but im not sure if i would get hated by anyone... Because thats what im thinking about all the time: Is it close enogh to vanilla? And the Answer ist no. Its not. But whatever, DDRace was accepted too.
