SSD.dll MISSING!

As the topic says, i can't launch the game file "teeworlds.exe" while i try open the file it says "You are missing SSD.dll file". Can neither launch "teeworlds.srv.exe" though i don't know what file to open to play the game.

So my questions is. What am i doing wrong?
And how can i get the SSD.dll file they are talking about?

EDIT: i noticed the file in in the teeworlds-0.6.2-win64 map after i unzipped it. But should i do something about it or why is there still a problem.
