Topic: OSX Mavericks mouse problem

Hi,

The OSX Mavericks upgrade has ruined Teeworlds (0.6.2) gameplay for me.

Right after the upgrade, the game wouldn't start because of missing X11. The error dialog suggested installing a third-party X11 distribution (XQuartz), which I did.  The About box says I have: XQuarts 2.7.5 (xorg-server 1.14.4).

After that, the game started but the mouse behaves erratically. It looks as if mouse events were randomly lost: I need to compensate by repeating the movements that failed, which obviously handicaps me immensely.

I am using the USB Overdrive tool, but the problem remains after disabling it.

I tried using another mouse, same problem.

Do you have any ideas how to resolve this problem?

Thanks.

Re: OSX Mavericks mouse problem

Are you using the binary provided by us? It should not require X11 at all. Also I have no idea where you're mouseproblems are comming from. I am also using OS X Mavericks, but I do not have any problems. Have you tried completely removing teeworlds (including the Folder ~/Library/Application Support/Teeworlds/)?
