hello many times i play looks the screen like that:
Why are there this erro?
and im 13 years old MY SKINS/GAMES: http://www.teeworlds.com/forum/viewtopic.php?id=1224because in this maps there are no quads (background)
and this maps - for teeworlds 4.1 and lower 
Because the one who made the map prolly is a noob.
1. press F1
2. write: gfx_clear 1
3. press enter
4. everything is ok

that's just plain dumb...
there is a reason why that option is't on default, it reduces lag and such. what you should do is flame the map creator and go to another server.

I have it on all the time because of how often I have this issue. I get no change in lag, and others don't seem to either. Refusing to play the map because of this is a terrible reason. The way maps are tossed around server to server, it'd be impossible to find the creator especially when they don't leave their name anywhere.
