Topic: Setting up voting system and spectating system on your server

I have no idea how to change who can call votes on my server and i also dont know how to enable player spectating when you pause. PLEASE HELP!!

Thanks a lot smile but i would like to know how to enable spectating while being paused? If anyone of you know the exact line or site i can go to , would help a lot
