This isn't the (Your favorite word Landil) teeish color of the default.

my favourite English word is whippersnapper. But the yellow tee has always been used for "teeish" artwork.

Yes, I'll add them on a daily rotation as soon as Landil provides me with the images.

One image in a day? How about random picture on page load? That's quite boring to see "not the best" Landil's picture for 24 hours sad

Ever saw a curved hook?

yes, everyday I take the dog for a walk.
Just because ingame teeworlds does not have curved chains it does not mean it is not possible or unrealistic.
If teeworlds followed real life physics it would bend.

Looking down the barrel of the grenade launcher wink Landil, I like it a lot.

Magnificent use of perspective. My favourite out of the new ones yet.

It looks very nice, but I think there is one major flaw: The picture is very 3d like, with all that perspective stuff, but the chain looks very flat.

Re: A new splashtee

The way the hook curves doesn't make sense with the the hand moving-lines (the stuff by the hand, dunno the name of it), and it looks very flat.

Change your perspective and it will make sense. The tee hooked a wall and uses the hook to go there. He is flying.

next time i will keep draw the hook 2D only

i think its called a "motion fade effect"

and the tee is swinging up, its just showing how it would look if it was right in front of you

just wanted to mention that the old (one and only) splash tee did not use any proper perspective. Neither the feet nor the weapons were real "3D", but the body was.

Re: A new splashtee

Me and a pal were talking about this curved hook business, and they reminded me that the hook is retractable. The hook would never bend, even using real-life physics, because it is retractable.

Your middle picture is not at all possible. grab a decent sized string and a tie a weight on the end. Mess around with it and you will see why the middle pic is strange looking. Even if the tee jumped off the platform (considering a stationary rope in a fixed location ) the rope would actually end up being opposite of what you have it now.

You're last pic is the most accurate drawing. Looks nice.

Landil's drawing:
That Tee must have infinite muscle strength to be in that position while being dragged so quickly through the air. I have no real problem with the curved hook I guess. Could be an image seen through a fisheye lens imo.

It is retractable, but not working with earthlike physics. It's _always_ straight ingame, which is NOT realisitic.

But teeish. The end.
