fix threaded rendering

Tee's playing in the menu background(recorded demo of last game played)
Decent background music for menu and for in game
The new skin system
1. Server auto-join queue when full.
2. Cut/copy/paste ability. Have links able to be selected.
3. User ID system. Seems like a better solution than IP as I have seen from how valve does it in tf2.
Semi-serious suggestion for new skin system: Hats.
1. Moving hookables (moving ground for example). So mappers should be able to create motion of game tiles.
2. Grenade bullets collision: when your grenade bullet touch the enemy's grenade bullet, both bullets explode.
3. in-game server browser (ability to see available servers without leaving the current server)

@0.7: I like the new interface very much, if it wouldn´t be there already it would be on my list of wishes.
Is the background supposed to change depending on time?
Edit2: Saw someone mentioning forced map rotation. Dunno if I like this, but too much ctf5 is really an issue.

1. An in-game tutorial which can be accessed with one click and which is run by the master server only to make it simple for newbies. We want to retain as many newbies as we can - it's them that spread the game
2. A UI tutorial which flashes up on first use - I remember when I first opened teeworlds having never played a similar game and I was confused. Servers? What? Where's the 'play' button?
3. A 'refer a friend' button where you can type in someone's email and it sends them a link to the game with instructions.
Ability to close a vote window. Make it so I can press F5 to close the window. Additionally, have the window close after I vote (or at least the option in the menus)
Better scoreboard. Include things like K/D ratio, each individual weapon accuracy, kills per minute, flag caps, flag returns, etc.
Jump Pads / Portals like in Quake
1. Movable objects (hook it/move it by walking against it) (I would REALY like this)
2. chatsystem/name changing in game supports alt+number
3. make tuning possible in vanilla CTF/DM/TDM (Maybe it is possible, but I couldnt do it, if it is, tell me how pls)
(sorry for this but I just got to say this: 4. chatbar that makes it possible to chat with friends only 5. possible to handle 2 guns at once, only normal gun)
