Nintendo would never agree to something like this, and giving credits to some random guy from some random tileset page who extracted the tiles illegaly isn't going to help anyone. There are so many tilesets of the same type, that everyone could claim that he used their tiles. So, there's really no point in it... Also, he could have done the tileset completely on his own.

Well, first of all, for what background? Then first tile should be blank and last thing is that tiles are smaller than 64x64. And those graphics are copyrighted.
