Teeworlds Server!

Hi Guys!
I have a problem to start my Teeworlds Server!
In config i think i set all right:

The server is running on port 8303! I gave a Port Forwarding on Udp !
In my router there is:

   
       
Lokaler Rechner    Lokale Adresse    Gerätename    Protokolle      Status    Aktion
    192.168.0.27    ppp0    Application - UDP Beliebig -> 8303            Aktiv

But if i start the XXLDDRace-Server.exe there is:

ERROR: configure your firewall/nat to let through udp on port 8303.

I opened a website called: http://www.yougetsignal.com/tools/open-ports/ and typed there the values! In there is a message called: Port 8303 is closed on 178.191.212.187.

I deactivated all firewalls on my computer like Windows-Firewall and Comodo-Firewall! I went to Task-Manager and closed the service Comodo!
But nobody can connect on my server! pls help
