Hi, it's not a problem in my pc
it's my friend's pc
i forwarded port for him and still, the server gives the error
[13-05-07 18:55:40][register]: ERROR: the master server reports that clients can
not connect to this server.
[13-05-07 18:55:40][register]: ERROR: configure your firewall/nat to let through
udp on port 8303.
and while i'm forwarding i noticed something..
there is another box says : internal port :
i left it empty

This msg prints only if it's impossible to connect to your server from any PC of the internet. And why it's impossible - mostly your problem, not teeworlds.
1. Check all protecting services and software(atni-viruses)
2. Check your router/wi-fi settings
3. Check if you have dedicated ip (the most often reason). To get it ask your internet provider. Usually, it costs $2-5 in a month
how do i know if i had a dedicated ip? and what is that? and how do i disable it? i just want to make a home server!

Ask your internet provider about your ip.
If you want to host server for testing (your server won't be in serverlist), set sv_register 0
