As far as I know the NClient of MAP94 is able to convert/record demos into webm and flv format. But I didn't give it a try yet.

yes, I think with this version of the n-client it should work: www.n-lvl.com/ndc/downloads/n-client_d.exe
Just put this file into your normal n-client folder.
