Topic: V-Sync capped at 30 fps

Hi there.


My fps are capped at 30 fps, when I turn v-sync on. Without v-sync i got about 1000 fps...

I'm using a Radeon HD 6990 4GB DDR5.

What OS are you using?
Graphic settings? (Fullscreen?)
Which teeworlds release?

Windows 7 Professional
Windowed Mode 1280x720
Teeworlds 0.6.0 and 0.6.1

And whats the Problem? Thats what v-sync does.
Whats your monitor? 30fps seems a bit low for me but it's quite possible if you have an older monitor.

The problem is, v-sync should be capped at 60fps, as it is a 60hz screen. tongue
I changed the graphics card some months ago, and it worked with the older one.

Change to fullscreen mode or disable windows aero (disabling the transparency/glass effect is enough imho)

I had a 550Ti before, it depends also on the processor you've got.. I got about 600 fps with the 550Ti on dm1. tongue
