Topic: background filesize
hello, just want to ask quickly if theres a way to solve my problem:
i created a background for my map with inkscape. i want it to be static, so if you move the background is stuck tothe world. theres just one problem: teeworlds wants this file as png. the svg is arround 4kb, the last png i tried and that worked was 86mb and it looked very bad ingame. i again put the resolution up to 4 times, resulting in a png 186mb big, but when i loaded it teeworlds crashed (wtf). is there a easy way to solve this? if not i think i just have to make the background moving with you (like its normal in most maps).

nvm, ill make it like normal backgrounds, although it fits shitty to the theme of the map.
i just dont see another way until teeworlds can load vectorr graphics (.svg preferable).
