As Dune already said, you need experience in coding, many experience...

you could start with simple things like input output or little console programs or you start with modifying sth in gameclient.cpp and look what happens.

you need also C/C++ knowledge, watch tutorials or read a book, but reading sth doesn't help you that much. To become better you need to be creative and curios. Programming is a great thing, which looks like the most boring stuff on earth... It takes years and longer to be able to code everything you want. So if you are interested in learning how to code start with simple stuff and try from time to time difficult things. Btw, to be a good programmer you must know not only the right syntax also the way to solve problems. It doesn't look well if you write thousands of lines to solve a problem, which could have been solved in only one line.

If you really want to do a client, do it...
if you have any questions concerning programming or whatever ask me or this forum, i guess we would help you with pleasure if you show that you really want to learn and if you try every possible idea you have before asking questions

I knew how to do option and set it as .bat or .exe but how can i set the teeworlds that it will be confu with config_diac...
