i need a FREE programer (teeworlds mod and client maker)
reasons:
1st i have a lot of ideas but i can't make them myself i tried learning c++ but my pc can't compile or build anything idk why
2nd i can't afford money in internet in my country
You'd be better off public posting your ideas hoping someone would pick them up. There are very few chances anyone is gonna get motivated to work for you just because "you have lot of ideas".
well i have a really helpful idea :
like the multiclient tool u get 2 or more tees but the thing is that they don't move in the same time and the tool is in the client not a different program and u can switch between the tees u made in a cmd in f1
I WANT IT IN A CLIENT NOT A MOD IMPORTANT!!
and an idea for a mod : HAMMER FIGHT
remove every weapon from play and make the hammer kills with 1 hit and 2 hit's if the other one has full armor

It's quite good idea and interesting but.. It's hack 
such thing mb useful on some gamemods for alone playing, but in other ways it will only block normal game and annoy other players.
I'm afraid, community won't approve this client mod.

It depends on players, not on delay.
@Shahan i mean that anyone can kill you and ur 2nd tee easily if there is a delay like 10 seconds / 5 seconds
