"Fly" map.

GAMEPLAY VIDEO

Join the blue team, and make your way from the edge of a towering cliff, all the way deep into unknown caves. Careful! It's dark inside the caves, so watch your step...

Notes: The video is still uploading as I type this post, so give it time to completely process. This is sort of like a "fly" map, as the finish point is when the enemy flag is captured. In order to play, you must join the blue team.

Bee, for graphical improvements & background work.

Alias, for his signs tileset.

lordskelethom, for his unhookable spikes tileset.

Uncharted: Drake's Fortune, for a good idea. And a good game.


Feel free to test it privately, but once the map is fully complete, it would be nice to have opinions and such.

Nice!! This would great for a beginner's ddrace.

Would you mind if I added start and finish tiles and change any death to tele.

I also have a 2 part map similar to this made by Bee and Alias from those good old "ctf race" days from one flag to another, the precursor to race/ddrace.

broken why ddrace ? it has nothing to do with 2 players XD its more like pakour in minecraft XD you can make a race out of it not a ddrace it has no freeze tiles so why should it be a ddrace broken use ur brain XD

Haha. Okay then, I stand corrected.

To defend myself with no hard feelings intended:

DDRace can be solo. I have many, many solo DDRaces. Point is, you can use it as a race solo, or race it together (helping with hooks, etc), or simply run a race in DDRace mod, which supports a simple race. ¯\(°_o)/¯

The one thing I lack the most is beginner DDRaces, out of 1,000 maps about... 10 could be considered beginner. :s

L-o-l at using this for actualy ctf. I'm sure you're joking but I've been hosting about 200 fly ctf maps for some time now, as well as playing fly ctf games occasionally. Also, ironically, there is a fly ctf mod.

Yeah if you mean a HORRIBLE game then yeah I agree. Play a good game like Etrian Odyssey 4.

The map is impractical for a fly ctf match.

I mean I use the CTF gametype, not any mod. But not actually playing CTF.

You could use the Race game type. Just add a start tile and finish tile where the flags are. Would make for a nice challenging map.

Marvelous ! the first race map I see that is pretty, and not just a race ! big_smile

IGN = in-game name = the name you have when playing = the name you have when playing this game named teeworlds = the game you have playing this name gamed teeworlds and not the clan = Feeder
