Does it make sense to start to develop mod based on 0.7 version server now? wink

Sorry... Stupid question...
Server is raw and client very ugly... And no idea, when 0.7 will be released...
Continue using 0.6.1 as well wink

If you're asking for support for a question, one answer is enough. It's not like it relies on the global opinion of the community. Dunno, that's pointless. And noone knows when 0.7 will be released.

Understand... But in my experience, it is often easier for people to vote, what to write.
I watched the news about the 0.7... It was written in 2011 and has no specific release date. Sad...

I wonder if I can get enough audience if I take as a basis 0.7. But something tells me, even if develop an awesome mod (lol... but i will try to), i need to show to community on popular version firstly... i'm right?

1. There has never been planned public dates for releases. Not as far as I remember at least.

2. If you develop a modification for 0.6, you'll have to rewrite it when 0.7 will come.

3. If you develop a modification for 0.7, you'll have to wait for 0.7 to make it public. (well, you obviously can present it before).

I think when it takes just under 2 years of development is normal for people to ask when will the next version...

The interest shows that the game like...
Telling people not to show interest ... seems like a bad idea.
